Shipping 

We have two dispatch days for 'Direct to Consumer' orders, Wednesday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. In the event one days of these falls on a bank holiday, the goods will be dispatched the next working day.

Dispatch day for 'Retail' and 'Wholesale' orders vary and are dependent on; order size, customisation of product, manufactured to order and other factors. And as such are subject to lead times. For more information please contact us at info@forageandfern.com

For 'Direct to Consumer' orders, shipping prices are determined on a ‘by volume’ basis at checkout. With options for speed of delivery affecting shipping costs.

For 'Retail' and 'Wholesale' orders, please contact us directly at info@forageandfern.com so we can meet any delivery requirements you may have.

Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed from 12pm onwards will be processed the next working day.

Consequently, all orders made within our operating hours of 08:00 - 20:00 will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days from the time they were placed.

EU, Switzerland, US and international: We are not currently offering international shipping on non-wholesale orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to bring our products internationally in the near future.

Returns

If you are returning your item please mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return.

Please note returns and exchanges are processed on Mondays and Thursdays.


Returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order. If we receive a return outside of our specified returns window, we reserve the right to decline the return. However, if you would like to have the product shipped back to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the case of customised products as we are making your items for you we cannot accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you wish to exchange your item please note we cannot reserve items. We can only honour your exchange request if the item is in stock at the time of processing. 

Please note we do not refund duties and taxes and can only offer exchanges for UK customers.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds 

If you have returned and item and have not had a notification from us that your refund has been issued, please email us info@forageandfern.com

If you have received a refund email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 days and is out of our control and is down to banking times.
