Our Beetroot flakes are vibrant, nutrient dense, and delicious. We slow dry 'crisps' of whole beetroot for maximum flavour and nutritional saving. The add great flavour and colour to soups and stews along with adding dietary nitrates, antioxidants, and essential vitamins such as iron and folate. 

As we manufacture all our products in house we have varieties of flakes/pieces options, unless requested they will be sent as the 'rustic' smashed flake. We also offer a uniform piecing/flake option of 5mm. If you require this size please state so in the order notes.
