Our Basil powder is dried and finely ground in house from the fresh whole Basil.  It is a great kitchen essential as it can be used in many different recipes, but it will also last that bit longer with its ground, milled consistency. You don't need to add much when cooking with basil in this form, as the flavour is just as powerful, if not more, compared to fresh leaves or even dried, chopped basil.

You can use this in any kind of dish that you want - whether it's savoury or sweet - though it typically works best with tomato-based dishes. Sprinkle on top of pizzas, salads or omelettes. Add into stuffing, soups, stews, casseroles and so much more. This product is also fantastic for making your own homemade pesto!
