Our Celery Salt is unique, tasting is believing. It's made in a 1:1 ration of celery to sea salt (instead of 1:3). We use the whole celery, nothing is wasted...as a result it packs so much more flavour than normal celery salt. We also rough grind it, so it has little texture for cocktail glass rims and Bloody Mary's. Idea for seasoning rubs, blends and cooking, it is fully dissolvable so great in soups and stews too.
