Our lime powder is bold, sour-bitter with a touch of sweet and beautifully tangy, it is made from whole limes including the skin, slowly dried to lock in their distinctive flavour and colour. Its pure citrusy punch (think margarita). Use around the rim of cocktail glasses, in baking, mixing into salad dressings, or blend into smoothies, the uses are endless.
