Our pink pomelo pieces (slices) are dried at a fairly high for maximum flavour/chew. We use no preservatives in the process. An amazing antioxidant, we highly recommend a slice put into an earl grey tea. They are ideal for cocktail garnishes, infusions (teas blends, beverages, oils), botanical uses, pot pourri and frangrancing. They are also fully edible and make for a great snack.
