Our King oyster mushroom powder very finely ground, both fat and water soluble on warming. It is a rich and savoury seasoning we made in house from the whole slow dehydrated King Oyster Mushroom. The in powder it is incredibly versatile, it provides a super concentrated, meaty, and umami flavour that can be used to enhance gravies, meat rubs, fish dishes, pasta and sauces. It is very strong, a little goes a long long way.
