Our Tarragon powder is dried and finely ground in house from the fresh whole Tarragon herb (Artemisia dracunculus). It is highly prized for its distinctive, herbaceous flavour with a sweet, subtle liquorice or anise-like finish. It is very potent providing incredible flavour to any dish it is used it.
